The 2023 History & Philosophy Convocation will be held in Smith Memorial Hall from 1:30-2:30 PM on Saturday, May 13. Doors open for guests and participants at 12:30. We invite all students earning degrees in History since Fall 2022 to participate in this ceremony, including those who intend to graduate in August 2023.
Students are required to wear academic regalia for the History & Philosophy Convocation and for the university-wide Commencement ceremony. A professional photographer will take several photos of each graduate during the History & Philosophy Convocation. Graduates will be contacted via email about viewing and purchasing photos.
Tickets are not required for the Convocation ceremony.
